My Winding Path (to Here)

I’ve always known I wanted to support people in their healing — but like most of us, the path here wasn’t linear.

I grew up believing the clearest way to help people was through medicine. So I followed that road for a while — studying Health Science at Chapman University with a Pre-Med focus. But as I moved deeper into the world of healthcare, I started to feel the tension between what I was learning and what I was longing for.

I became more aware of the gaps in our medical model — especially how disconnected we’ve become from our bodies, our emotions, and our inner wisdom.

What lit me up wasn’t treating symptoms — it was understanding the whole person. The messy, beautiful, complicated inner world that lives beneath our habits, pain, and patterns.

And so, I let myself step off the path I thought I should follow — and onto the winding, unknown one that was calling me.

My Approach (and Why I Do This Work)

At the heart of everything I offer — therapy, coaching, retreats, movement — is a deep belief in your wholeness.

I’m guided by Buddhist and yogic philosophies that remind us:

→ We all carry wisdom within us.

→ Suffering is part of life — but so is freedom.

→ Healing happens in the present moment — in the body, in the breath, in relationship.

My work blends modern science (nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, attachment theory) with ancient practices (mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, embodied movement) to support people in coming home to themselves.

My theory of change is simple — but not always easy:

When we slow down and listen deeply to our bodies, emotions, and relationships — we remember who we are.

From that place of connection, healing happens naturally.

What I Believe

→ Your body is wise.

→ Your relationships are sacred mirrors.

→ Conflict and challenge are not problems — they are invitations for growth.

→ Healing happens in connection — not isolation.

→ You don’t need to be "fixed" — you need to be met with curiosity, compassion, and presence.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be — it’s to walk beside you as you discover your authentic truth.

My Practice Today

I work with couples, families, and individuals who want to deepen their connection — to themselves, their partners, their bodies, and their lives.

I integrate somatic therapy, mindfulness, yoga philosophy, and practical relational tools to support growth that is embodied and sustainable.

My work is trauma-informed, nervous-system aware, and rooted in consent, safety, and compassion.

Beyond the Credentials

I’m most alive when I’m moving — dancing, practicing yoga, playing, or simply walking slowly in nature.

Traveling the world has been one of my greatest teachers — reminding me again and again that there are infinite ways to live, love, and heal.

I’m endlessly curious about people — how we connect, how we heal, how we grow.
